Once Michele introduces 1 st through 5 th positions, she moves to Plies, Tondus, Degajes, Rondejambs, Passes, & piques. After that, the class stretches and moves to center: Next, Michele continues with Tondus, Degajes, Pas De Bourres, Balances, & Jumps.
