If you select an air shipment option you must
allow for order processing time.
All orders are shipped within 72 hours of being placed if the item is
in-stock. If you require delivery by a certain date you MUST call
customer service at 1-800-798-8613 for
your specific shipping options. By no means are shipping charges
refundable.

ALASKA, HAWAII, OR PUERTO RICO: Will ship by US
Mail and should arrive with in 15 days of order placement. You may wish to
select a UPS 2 Day Air option for faster delivery. Additional charges for
heavy/bulky items may apply.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Double the USA shipping charges from the chart above. The costs shown are for shipping only and do not include brokerage, duties, VAT or other services that may be required by UPS as the forwarding agent. If you have another agent designee to provide customs clearance other than UPS than make that known at time of order entry. Custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer .
